Hello tumblr followers! I work for Beecher’s Magazine (run by graduate students), which just began a kickstarter campaign to raise $5,000. You become a “backer” by making a pledge, and then get something if we reach our goal. The minimum pledge is only $1.00, and any amount helps. If we don’t reach our goal, you don’t have to pay anything! Pledge if you can! You have my love either way!
The only way serious literature will die is if we let it, you know? (Plus, Clarissa might get into this program next fall, meaning I would be headed back to Kansas! I visited last weekend, and didn’t realize how much I miss the real midwest. Chicago & northern Michigan don’t quite qualify.)
